Legal Notices
The Beat charges $20 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered by an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Bayard City Council will conduct a Regular Meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday September 16, 2026 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person. Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters all departments.

Western New Mexico University Board of Regents Meeting
The members of the WNMU Board of Regents: Steven Neville, John V. Wertheim, Keana Huerta, J.
